Yes, we are an authorized reseller of Ledger and Trezor products and all of our products come directly from the manufacturer. Please visit our About Us page for more information about authorized retailers.
Total Hong Kong delivery: 2-4 business days.
For the security of our customers, we unfortunately cannot refund orders once they have been shipped out. We only sell brand new products that that been received directly from the manufacturer.
However, if you find your device to be faulty, there is a two year manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer’s support team and once a replacement is approved, we would be happy to process a replacement device.
